Delray Villas Recreation Association

Delray Villas Recreation Association is comprised of 1121 homes within its five Plats. We are a 55 plus community with its main complex situated at 13773 Circular Drive off of El Clair Ranch Road. Our Association boasts both single, duplex and multi duplex single story villas. Three of the plats contain their own swimming pools, while two plats do not have their own pool. These plats have unlimited usage of our Main Swimming Pool. All Plats have unlimited usage of all of our facilities.

Delray Villas Recreation Complex

The main complex boasts one large theater building and two smaller buildings; one of which houses a fully equipped gym. The other building houses a card room, billiard room, craft room, meeting room and library. Outdoor activities include a bocce court, shuffleboard court, horseshoe court, pickle ball and tennis courts, in addition to our large heated pool and Jacuzzi. Further, we have many clubs to provide our residents with leisure time activities.

Recreation Board of Directors

The Recreation Board of Directors is comprised of three members of each plat, serving on the Board of Directors, and duly elected by each of their respective plats for two or three year terms. We do not employ a property management company, preferring to be self governed by the residents of each plat, nor are we a gated community. This system works beautifully and keeps our expenses low.

THE GYM IS OPEN!

  • GYM WILL BE OPEN  6am to 9pm. Same hours as pool.
  • GUESTS ALLOWED ON A LIMITED BASIS
  • IF NO MACHINE IS AVAILABLE, PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO USE WIPES ON EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER USE.
  • BATHROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE
  • SHOWERS ARE OPEN
  • It is up to you to follow the rules and be polite to each other.  Not following rules or causing disturbances will cause the re-closing of the Gym.

• CHAIRS AND TABLES ARE NOW SUPPLIED, PLEASE WIPE THEM DOWN BEFORE AND AFTER USE
• PLEASE FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES
• KEY FOBS NOT REQUIRED TO USE BATHROOMS
• GUESTS ALLOWED 
• SHOWERS ARE OPEN
• PLEASE NO FEET ON THE TABLES
• PLEASE CLOSE UMBRELLAS WHEN FINISHED

 

“B” BUILDING

THE “B” BUILDING WILL BE OPEN FROM 7am to 10pm

 

TENNIS & PICKLE BALL COURTS

The TENNIS and PICKLE BALL COURTS will be open daily from 7am to 9pm. SINGLES OR DOUBLES ONLY. NO GROUPS CONGREGATING ON THE COURTS.

PLEASE PICKUP AND PROPERLY DISPOSE OF ALL YOUR TRASH.

ALL OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, TENNIS, PICKLE BALL, BOCCE, SHUFFLEBOARD AND POOL WILL BE OPEN TO GUESTS.
