Delray Villas Recreation Association is comprised of 1126 homes within its five Plats. We are a 55 plus community with its main complex situated at 13773 Circular Drive off of El Clair Ranch Road. Our Association boasts both single, duplex and multi duplex single story villas. Three of the plats contain their own swimming pools, while two plats do not have their own pool. All plats have unlimited usage of our Main Swimming Pool and all of our facilities.
The main complex boasts one large theater building and two smaller buildings; one of which houses a fully equipped gym. The other building houses a card room, billiard room, craft room, meeting room and library. Outdoor activities include a bocce court, shuffleboard court, horseshoe court, pickle ball and tennis courts, in addition to our large heated pool and Jacuzzi. Further, we have many clubs to provide our residents with leisure time activities.

You will receive your Truist coupon books the last week of December or the 1st week of January. The coupon book will be mailed to your Delray Villas home address, unless you have an alternate address with your plat and we will send it to that address. We have received all alternate addresses from the Plat treasurers as this list is where they send your HOA Assessment coupon books also. The payment link is on our website, and it is now active. Once you receive your coupon book, click the link below to activate your account. You need the numbers on the Truist coupon to register your private account. You may make your first payment as soon as you receive your coupon book or Jan.15, 2026.
In the meantime, you must fill out the “Special Assessment Info and Options” page below and submit it by December 18, 2025
