Art Classes every Friday morning, in the Art and Crafts Room please come and try it wonderful instructors to help if you are a pro or a newbie.

 

Mahjong classes  our first graduating class congrats to the 12 ladies who graduated last night.

 

Yoga 10-11 Chair Yoga Saturdays 11:15 to 12:15 $8.00 dollars per session

Bingo May 3^rd in B Building 1^st board free, 2^nd board 2 dollars or 2 boards for $5.00. All prices will be paid out with gift cards. We took in $318 dollars on bingo and 50/50 $210 winner received $105. We gave out $280 dollars in prize money.

• Tom Clark/Alan Rossman – Entertainment Tickets on sale Thursday and Saturday 10-12 in the card room B Building. upcoming events:

Ask for volunteers to open offices at various times of the week. Tell them to see you after the meeting.

Tickets on Sale for Trifecta Weekend.

Sept. 6^th and 7^th West Side Story @ Delray Playhouse $35.00 per tickets pre purchasing tickets and going fast. Please register at the ticket office asap.

The seminars were super successful, and we will be doing more check in the newsletter and at the ticket office w/extended hours.

• New Janitorial/Facility company
• New Yield Sign before Stop Sign leaving Rec Center
• Ping Pong Table, Ceramic/Pottery Classes

Camille:    

1. Docs – are finalized, attorney finalizing for the vote.
2. Need all the forms in so we can vote on the Docs and not spend $4000 dollars doing mailings.
3. Inspection Report – Full review @ Special Meeting on May 21,2025 @ 7pm in the A Building. We will only discuss the inspection report at this meeting.
4. We are offering open times for 1 1/2 hours if you want to come in and discuss or physically see where an issue is: the times are Wednesday, May 7^th and 14^th @ 10 am-11:30 am, 3pm – 4:30pm, 6pm- 7:30pm. In the B Building, check the office also.
