Meeting called to order by President, Camille Montemurno please turn off all cell phones, Pledge of Allegiance

Moment of Silence for all our dearly departed friends and family, including those in the Armed Forces, our COPS, Fire Rescue and PBC Sheriff’s Department for their excellent care and attention to our homeowners. Our Deepest sympathies to Marty for the loss of his wife Grace and our Plat 2 Homeowners. Grace was a legend in Plat 2 and the go to person in Plat 2 for all homeowners.

FREE Zumba Class– sign up in office – 2&3 Wednesday of each month June, July, August, and September. 9 am – 10 am in the A Building

          Aqua Zumba @ Plat 2 Pool 2^nd & 3^rd Wednesday @ 5:30

Bingo September 13th in A Building – Marlene and Patti – 1^st board free, 2^nd board $3 dollars or 2 boards for $5.00. All prices will be paid out with gift cards.

Sign up in Rec office for Labor Day Pool Party FREE but we need table count – DJ

Sept. 6^th and 7^th West Side Story @ Delray Playhouse $35.00 per tickets pre purchasing tickets and going fast. Please register at the ticket office asap.

The new Mah Jong class will start in October. Kudos to Ronni and Linda Brown, Sherri Yurkovic they keep adding instructors as they are adding tables of new students.  Homeowners have already started to sign up. Call or sign up in the Card Room before this class is filled and you will have to wait till January 2026 to get into another class.

Old Business:

1. Special Assessment review, and updates.
2. Electronic Vote – Please volunteer to help us get this completed.
3. Legal Issues and fees – ongoing Plat 1 pre-mediation against Delray Villas Recreation Association.
4. Docs: Bylaws – must get this completed. need to get all the electronic vote permission forms back in so we can put this to a vote.
5. Volunteers needed to assist the Recreation Board on projects.
