- Moment of Silence for all our dearly departed, our veterans, the victims of both plane crashes and prayers for all our Friends and family.
- Reading of the Minutes from February 7, 2025, meeting by Secretary, Lynne Cohen
- Treasurers Report by Joann Albertson/Howard Appel – Camille will review where we are with QuickBooks cleanup and our reports for today, her and Sheila are working on the cleanup with QuickBooks and while that is going on they are limited to the use of the program. It started last Thursday night.

Old Business:
Meeting with the 4 Plats and Rec Board
- Talked about all building usage for homeowners and rentals, still working on the details.
Rick Mancini will be our new event coordinator, so all goes smoothly for each event, and we have one go-to-person for any info. Everyone will still book through Shelley England for dates, NOT RICK.
New Business
- Docs — Bob Albertson Chair and all 4 plats Presidents and VP will assemble the new docs and report to us next month on the process.
- Seminars Iris Schnell, Lynne Cohen, Shelly England, Shelly Miller, and Arlene Kessler will be the Committee Chairs with lots of help, We have
12 or more venues for Seminar. Need volunteers to help with the venues.
- Joann Albertson and Bill Yesowitch are going to Chair the Insurance review. Bill will be getting quotes with new vendors, Joann will continue to work with Mario from Marsh/McC1e11an to get their pricing and updates. Joann and Bill will work together to present to us.
- Entertainment Committee will consist of many. Anyone interested, sign up and we will meet and discuss what will work best for the community.
Bids and committees for:
- Tennis Courts
- Pool Area
- Parking Lot — Mike Montemurno will oversee this since the permits and process was started and put on hold with the vendor who was contracted to do it.
- Facilities Maintenance/Janitorial
Sign-up sheets will be available after the meeting today and all week in the card room. Please be part of all things rec. No amount of time is too short. All help is important. We can do this together for all of us!!!
