Moment of Silence for all our dearly departed friends and family, and our
veterans.
Camille, thank you, Shelley England, and Shelley Millier from Plat 1 for their
dedication and service to our community, welcome Anita, and Roger from
Plat 1 as their replacements.

8) Lynne gives report on Seminars- please remember to register for seating but
late comers always welcome we will pull up a chair.
a. One Size Does Not Fit All! Estate Planning – this was a great seminar
very informative and covered so many bases. Thank you, Alan Lewis.
Upcoming seminars:
It’s Never to Late To Plan. March 6th 7 pm B Building. Presented by
plat4/5 homeowner Nicole Mikhail. Please register and join us. This seminar
can be for you or can be educational for us to have info for our children and
grandchildren, so many changes so much new information.
Musical Therapy: April 7th 10:30 am by Rebecca Perez, MT-BC Music
9) Tom Clark/Alan Rossman – Entertainment Tickets on sale Thursday and
Saturday 10-12 in the card room B Building. upcoming events:
Ask for volunteers to open offices at various times of the week. Tell
them to see you after the meeting.

11) Lost and Found articles will now be held in the office in the Viking Room
Old Business:
• Docs – Bob Albertson Chair and all 4 plats Presidents and VP will
assemble the new docs and report to us next month on the process.

Bids and committees: still getting bid and having committee meetings for
discussions –

o Facilities Maintenance/Janitorial we will open the bid process
tonight. I will read the bids we will have discussion by board,
questions by homeowners then a motion to vote: no need to

Sign-up sheets will be available after the meeting today and all
week in the card room. Please be part of all things rec. No amount
of time is too short. All help is important. We can do this together
for all of us!!!
