Good morning, homeowners,
Today is the day we launch emails directly to you from the Rec Association. We cannot thank you enough for supporting us during this project. The response has been phenomenal, and we are hoping to gather the remaining homeowners soon.
A huge thank you to the Plat Presidents for the continuous assistance in getting our messages out by emailing our requests to the community. A giant shout out to Sam Fleishman, you were awesome in getting the forms out to everyone, following up. Always, happy you’re on our team. Thank you, Gloria Arango, for your assistance in getting the envelopes delivered.
To the wonderful ladies from the Plats that have worked behind the scenes since April 8th helping us. No words for our gratitude to you, you worked tirelessly even through vacations and holidays, to ensure we were receiving the balance of the forms. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We will ask our Presidents one last time to send our zoom link and agenda out this month. ( I will be sending a separate email for the Plats to send). Next month,
Starting in November we will be flying solo. If you have friends that tell you they have not received an email from us it is because they have not signed up yet for electronic voting or correspondence. Please let them know to contact any Rec Director or who can give them the form to fill out and get in the Rec database system.
